You may have heard that the Army Fee Assistance Program will be transitioning to Child Care Aware® of America. Please allow us time to ensure that this transition is managed with the precision and care you deserve.
As soon as the Army and Child Care Aware® of America have finalized an implementation plan that will not further disrupt service, we will let you know. The Army and Child Care Aware® of America are 100% committed to ensuring the transition does not cause additional delays for Army Families.
We will provide updates to our website as soon as they become available. Until that time, please be patient. Your application and support will continue to be serviced by GSA. GSA can be contacted at

Your New Army Fee Assistance Program Administrator
Since 2004, Installation Management Command (IMCOM) G9 Family and MWR Programs have offered Army Child Care Fee Assistance programs. The Fee Assistance programs have been administered by NACCRRA and by The General Services Administration (GSA).
To eliminate duplication of effort and to reduce overhead costs for the administration of the program, IMCOM G9 will be consolidating this program under the GSA. The GSA will assume all responsibility for administrating the Army Fee Assistance program within the next few months.
Our goal is to assure a seamless transition for our Army Families and child care providers. IMCOM G9, the GSA and NACCRRA are committed to providing the Families and Providers we serve with the highest level of service and support.
Over the next several months, we will make every effort to ensure that you have the information you need regarding all aspects of the transition. This includes key dates, enrollment periods, payment processing and ongoing outreach and education. You will also be provided advance notice of any requirements that must be met in order for you to continue to participate in the Army Fee Assistance program.
